Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how YALKYN LABS LLC (“Yalkyn Labs”, “we”, “us”) handles information in the mobile applications we publish and on this website (together, the “Services”). Where a specific app needs to say more, its store listing or in-app notice adds to this policy.

1. Who we are

YALKYN LABS LLC, 22A Nairi Zaryan St., Arabkir, Yerevan 0051, Armenia. We are the controller of personal data processed through the Services. Contact: yalkyn2026@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us — for example, text you enter into an app, or your email when you contact support.
Usage and device data — such as app version, device model, operating system, language, crash reports and anonymous usage events, used to keep the apps working and improve them.
Purchase information — if you buy a subscription or in-app item, the payment is processed by Google Play. We receive only confirmation of the purchase and its status; we never see your card details.
Advertising and attribution identifiers — some apps may use your device’s advertising ID to measure which campaigns bring new users. You can reset or limit it in your device settings.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. How we use information

to provide the app’s features you request;
to process purchases and restore subscriptions;
to fix bugs, prevent abuse and keep the Services secure;
to understand, in aggregate, how the apps are used and improve them;
to reply to your messages.

We process data on the basis of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Services, and, where required, your consent.

4. Service providers

We use trusted third parties to run the Services, such as Google Play (distribution and payments), cloud hosting and database providers, crash reporting and analytics, and mobile attribution tools. They process data only on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. The exact providers used by an app are listed in its Google Play Data safety section.

5. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 7).

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside Armenia. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Protection of Personal Data” and the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, including deleting your account and data, email yalkyn2026@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
